Document Collection : We collect your relevant documentation for your bookkeeping on a monthly basis either from your business address or from where you are working out in the field.
Bookkeeping Setup : We setup your bookkeeping system tailored to your business and industry.
Invoicing : We will either adapt to your invoicing system or suggest a invoicing system that automatically syncs with ours.
Capturing of Expenses : Once we collected your monthly expenses, we capture it on our financial system or we use your system if you already have one in use.
Bank Reconciliation : You supply us with your bank statement at the end of a month and we do the reconciliation.
VAT201 Submission : We supply you with your VAT201 and upload it to SARS via e-filing.
ITR12 & ITR14 Submission : We upload your annual returns to SARS via e-filing.
Crypto's : We do the accounting on your Crypto trading and supply you with reports to further assist in your trading strategy and file your taxes accordingly.
Financial Reports : We supply you with your Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Monthly Breakdown Report, Best Customer Report, Stock Report, Best Sellers Report, Top Supplier Report and Audit Report and interpret it to you in layman's terms.
CIPC Registration : We register your company for you and do your annual returns.

Our model is based on your growth. We charge all our clients 1% of their turnover, but they receive all our services whether your turnover is ZAR10,000.00 per month and our fee is ZAR100.00 per month or if your turnover is ZAR1,000,000.00 per month and our fee is ZAR10,000.00 per month, you will receive the same benefits from us.

Our aim is to grow each and every one of our clients to their ultimate potential. We know a small start-up do not have access to all the professional services required to go from good to great.
